The return deadlines apply from the date of dispatch. The date of the postmark or personal return is decisive for the return.
- 30 days return policy on products purchased from Switcher Trading Sàrl
- No right of return on hygiene products
Unfortunately, we cannot offer returns in the following cases:
- For damaged items (with the exception of transport damage)
3. Refund value
If the product can be returned, the following refund rules apply:
Full refund of the purchase price:
- Refund of the purchase price, provided the following conditions are met: No signs of use, labels on the garment and original packaging present. The shipping costs for the return shipment are borne by the customer.
4. return costs
The postage costs for returning items shall be borne by the sender. Switcher Trading Sàrl will bear the return costs in the following cases:
- If an item other than the one ordered is received
- If incorrect information is provided in the online store
- If an item not ordered is received
- If a defective item is received
5. Purchase on account with payment option Powerpay
As an external payment service provider, MF Group / POWERPAY offers the payment method "purchase on account". With the single invoice, you can simply pay for your online purchase by invoice. If you decide not to pay within the specified time frame, you will receive a monthly invoice with an order overview in the following month.
When the purchase contract is concluded, POWERPAY takes over the invoice claim and processes the corresponding payment modalities. When purchasing on account, you accept POWERPAY's general terms and conditions in addition to ours. (powerpay.ch/en/agb).
