Do you wish to return a product? Products purchased from Switcher Trading Sàrl, can be returned by mail, using our return form.

1. return period

The return deadlines apply from the date of dispatch. The date of the postmark or personal return is decisive for the return.

• 30 days return policy on products purchased from Switcher Trading Sàrl

2. no right of return

Unfortunately, we cannot offer returns in the following cases:

• In the case of damaged items (with the exception of transport damage).
• For worn items
• Hygiene products (underwear, masks) 

3. refund value

• No traces of use
• Labels on the garment and original packaging present

4. return costs

The postage costs for the return of items are generally borne by the sender. Switcher Trading Sàrl will bear the return costs in the following cases:

• If you receive an item other than the one ordered
• In the event of incorrect information in the online store
• Upon receipt of an item that was not ordered
• Upon receipt of a defective item

4. exchange

The postage costs for the return of items for exchange shall be borne by the sender. The postage costs of the exchange (Switcher to customer) are at the expense of Switcher Trading Sàrl. Please note that an exchange takes between 5-8 working days.
