2. no right of return

Unfortunately, we cannot offer returns in the following cases:

In the case of damaged items (with the exception of transport damage).
For worn items
Hygiene products (underwear, masks)

4. return costs

The postage costs for the return of items are generally borne by the sender. Switcher Trading Sàrl will bear the return costs in the following cases:

If you receive an item other than the one ordered
In the event of incorrect information in the online store
Upon receipt of an item that was not ordered

4. exchange

The postage costs for the return of items for exchange shall be borne by the sender. The postage costs of the exchange (Switcher to customer) are at the expense of Switcher Trading Sàrl. Please note that an exchange takes between 5-8 working days.
