Switcher opens its second store in Rheinfelden's old town

Following the successful opening of its first store in Winterthur, Switcher is continuing its expansion and will open its second shop on March 3, 2026, in the heart of Rheinfelden's old town at Marktgasse 34. Located just a few kilometers from the company's headquarters in Frick, where its central warehouse is also located, it was a logical step for the company to establish its own location in the region. Customers from Fricktal and the neighboring Basel region will now have the opportunity to experience the Switcher brand directly on site.

With its choice of store manager, Switcher is deliberately focusing on local roots. Doris Weber, a well-known figure in Rheinfelden, has been recruited to manage the new store. She ran her own textile store in the old town for many years and brings with her a wealth of experience and customer focus. She will be supported by Paulina Wächter, who was previously responsible for processing online orders at the head office in Frick and knows the product range and the brand inside out. Together, they now want to get the "Yellow Whale" swimming in Rheinfelden too.

Basic collections for the whole family

In the new store, customers will find the tried-and-tested Switcher basics in the usual high quality. In addition to classic T-shirts, the range includes sweatshirts, hoodies, and sweatpants in the typical Switcher colors. The range is complemented by a compact children's collection and selected outdoor products. Sustainable materials and responsible production remain central components of the brand philosophy.

Opening with drinks reception and anniversary discount

The official opening will take place on March 3, 2026. On Saturday, March 7, 2026, Switcher will also be hosting a casual reception directly in front of the store at Marktgasse 34. The entire Switcher team will be on site that day and looks forward to meeting the public in person. In addition, for every purchase made throughout the week, customers will receive an exclusive free Switcher opening T-shirt (while supplies last).

Throughout the opening week, customers will benefit from a 20 percent discount on the entire collection.

With its new location in Rheinfelden, Switcher is strengthening its regional presence and underlining its ties to the Fricktal region—where the company currently has its headquarters and intends to continue growing.
