Switcher products are manufactured in the traditional Indian company Sulochana. The owner family Krishnakumar is committed to the environment, employees and the general population with their company Sulochana.

The company "Sulochana Cotton Spinning Mills" was founded in 1992. However, the history of the family business dates back to 1938. At that time, Sulochana started as a cotton trading company and developed into a leading yarn and spinning mill. Today, the Sulochana family business(www.sulochanamills.in) operates a full-scale textile production facility in Tirupur, India, and is the largest mélange yarn producer in India. Mélange yarn consists of different color fibers that are spun after blending. This creates a unique blended color effect.

The Sulochana group of companies is already being run by the fifth generation of the Krishnakumar family. In addition to clothing, it now also produces mattresses and environmentally friendly solar modules. What unites all Sulochana generations is the unbroken business success and social commitment of the Krishnakumar family. They run the Sulochana company with decades of experience and a lot of passion.

Sulochana plants trees, runs an animal shelter and pharmacies

In addition to its high-quality products, the Sulochana group of companies also stands out for its social commitment. Sulochana has already planted over 15,000 trees in the vicinity of the Indian city of Tirupur as part of the so-called "Green Initiative". Sulochana has also been running an animal shelter for over 20 years. Here, street dogs and cows are professionally cared for and looked after. To improve the health of the population in the Indian cities of Tiripur and Coimbatore, the company has also established two pharmacies. Here, employees as well as the local population can buy medicines at reduced prices. The medicines are dispensed by pharmacists.
