Do you want to return a product? Products purchased from Switcher Trading Sàrl, you can return by mail, with our return form.

The postage costs for the return of items are generally borne by the sender. In the following cases, the return costs will be borne by Switcher Trading Sàrl:

5. Exchange
The postage costs for returning items for exchange shall be borne by the sender. The postage costs of the exchange (Switcher to customer) are at the expense of Switcher Trading Sàrl.
