The return deadlines apply from the date of dispatch. The date of the postmark or personal return is decisive for the return.

  • 30 days return policy on products purchased from Switcher Trading Sàrl
2. no right of return

Unfortunately, we cannot offer returns in the following cases:

  • In the case of damaged items (with the exception of transport damage).
  • For worn items
  • Hygiene products (underwear, masks) 

3. refund value

If the product can be returned, the following refund rules apply:

Full refund at the purchase price:

  • No traces of use
  • Labels on the garment and original packaging present

4. return costs

The postage costs for the return of items are generally borne by the sender. In the following cases, the return costs will be borne by Switcher Trading Sàrl:

- In case of receipt of an item different from the one ordered
- In case of incorrect information in the online store
- In case of receipt of an item not ordered
- In case of receipt of a defective item

5. Exchange

The postage costs for returning items for exchange shall be borne by the sender. The postage costs of the exchange (Switcher to customer) are at the expense of Switcher Trading Sàrl.
